Sponsorship and advertising service at conferences


The information agency Metal-Courier offers its customers unique advertising opportunities including advertising in its specialized issues, advertisement and sponsoring opportunities at the branch conferences, advertisements on web sites, special advertising services.

General sponsor of the conference

The status of the General sponsor is only given to one company.
General sponsor of the conference receives an opportunity:
- of the participation of three representatives in all conference events;
- a speech of the representative with the welcoming words during the reception devoted to the conference opening;
- a speech with the report on the main subject of the conference and/or 20 minute's presentation;
- logotype placing in the banner- poster in the conference hall, placing of the logotype on the folder with the conference documents;
- placing of the advertising line in the reports collection (coloured, A4);
- placing of the advertising line in the first title page cover of the journal dated for the conference;
-participation of three representatives in all the events of the conference;
- advertising materials including ( booklets, prices, etc.) folders with documents;
- placing of the logotype in the announcements, inviting booklets, on the conference sites, in the banner-poster in the conference hall;
- using conference hall area or the area near the registration post for the placing of registration of the advertising poster, stand and working place organizing.

The status of the conference sponsor can be given to several companies
The sponsor of the conference gets an opportunity:

Advertising services at the conference

The participant of the conference is offered the following services:
- advertisement placing in the reports collection and/or in the journal dated for the conference

Coloured advertisement cost:
format 1À4 – $ 500; format 1/2À4 – $300; format 1/4À4 – $200
Black and white advertisement cost:
format 1À4 –$ 250; format 1/2À4 – $150; format 1/4À4 – $85

- placing of the advertisement posters, banners, flags and other bearers in the conference hall and in the delegates registration area - $300;
- placing of the mobile stand or working place organizing - $300;
- exhibition stands rent, creating of the mobile stand, making of advertising posters, banners, flags.
